VOICE NOTES CAN ONLY BE SENT AS FOLLOW UPS (SECOND STEP) - IT CANNOT BE SENT AS THE FIRST MESSAGE TO A LEAD. IF YOU HAVE MULTIPLE PHONES LINES IN TUCO IN ALL NODES YOU NEED TO GIVE "LINEID" TO COPY LINE ID, GO TO APP.TUCO.AI/LINES

Action Setup



  1. Click the "+" icon to add a new step to the workflow.




  1. Click the "+" icon below the "Wait" action.




  1. Search for "tuco" and select the "Send voice note" action.






Asset Retrieval



  1. Open the Tuco AI Integrations dashboard.




  1. Click "Leads"




  1. Click "Upload audio etc"

  1. Drag an audio




Field Configuration



  1. Navigate back to the Workflow Builder tab.




  1. Paste the copied attachment URL into the "ATTACHMENTURL" field.





  1. Switch back to the Tuco AI browser tab.




  1. Click "Lines"




  1. Locate the specific line you wish to use.




  1. Click "Copy Line ID"




  1. Paste the copied Line ID into the "SENDING LINE" field.





  1. Click "Save action" to update the workflow step.




Workflow Testing



  1. Click "Test workflow"




  1. Select a contact from the list and click "Run test".
