Workflow Creation



  1. Click "Automation" in the sidebar menu




  1. Click "Create workflow"




  1. Select "Start from Scratch"




Trigger Setup



  1. Click "Add new trigger"




  1. Select "Facebook Lead Form Submitted" from the trigger list




Action Configuration



  1. Click add action




  1. Search for tuco and Select the "Send iMessage (via tuco.ai)" action




  1. Select the Contact ID variable for the GHL Contact ID field






  1. Draft the message body using the Contact Full Name variable






Workflow Publishing



  1. Toggle the workflow status to "Publish"




  1. Click "Save" to apply your changes




  1. Click "Test workflow" to verify the setup
