How do I export my Unibox conversations and activity data as CSV?
Steps
- Open Activity Log (https://app.tuco.ai/activities) from the sidebar in your Tuco workspace.
- Click Export All Data — the button in the bottom-right corner. It stays visible while you scroll.
- Pick what you want:
- Unibox conversations — every message you've sent and received, grouped by contact so each thread reads top to bottom. Includes replies, tapback reactions (Loved, Liked…), voice notes, photo/video attachments, and calls.
- Activity log events — sends, deliveries, failures, fallbacks, campaign changes, CRM syncs, webhooks. You can tick exactly which categories you want.
- Choose a date range (last 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or all time).
- Click Export CSV. One file downloads per dataset you selected — if you picked both, the button will offer the second file right after the first.

The files open directly in Excel or Google Sheets.
What the conversations file looks like
Each row is one item in a conversation, in order. The Kind column tells you what it is — a regular message, a reaction (a tapback the contact left), a voice note, or a call — and the Direction column shows whether you sent it or received it. Delivery timestamps (sent / delivered / read) are included, so you can build reply-rate or response-time reports straight from the sheet.
Good to know
- Exports only ever include data from the workspace you're currently in.
- Very large workspaces are capped at 50,000 rows per file — if you hit that, export in smaller date ranges.
